Culture builds success, and I love being a part of that process. I’ve been a commercial real estate agent, a social worker, a bartender(which can involve its fair share of social work), a partnership manager, an office manager, a spa manager and an executive assistant, and the same thing attracted me to each of these diverse roles – working on a team that cultivates community in the office and out.
No matter the environment or industry, a company of any size realizes the immediate benefits of maintaining a welcoming, inspiring, united office culture. Tech giants like Google have made office design into a science, but we can all relate personally to the concept. When my apartment is a mess, my life is generally a bit more stressed and chaotic than it needs to be. I know the same applies to the workspace. Process, productivity and creativity naturally derive from a work environment that starts the day organized and is consistently led with positivity. I have those skills and want to help companies (small and large) ensure they have the right culture that promotes motivation and success from the inside out.
