Rachel A. Kraus

Born and grown in California, I have moved up and down the coast,

across the country and around the world. I grew up in Los Angeles

and have also lived in Palo Alto, Paris, San Francisco, Israel, Berkeley,

Oxford, and most recently New York City. I prefer to get to know cities

for a month or two at a time to experience what it is really like to live

in a place, find out what a city's people are like, and not just tour there.

The curiosity and desire to immerse myself in new cities translates to

my professional, social and personal life as well. I am a writer which

causes me to constantly catalogue my experiences for future reference.

The connections I have formed since I was a young teenager I maintain

to this day. I transform the skills I glean from my work experience and

schooling to my next task at hand. I want to use my prior experience

in writing, entrepreneurship, non-profit work, event planning, sales,

team building and social media to build a more connected, compassionate and vibrant world.
