Rachel develops and implements innovative recruitment brand marketing strategies to attract external talent to AT&T’s professional and technical career opportunities all over the world. Rachel spearheads AT&T’s Diversity, Military, and Disability recruitment strategies for the enterprise and has been instrumental in optimizing the job search experience for transitioning veterans and individuals with disabilities. She represents AT&T on councils such as 100,000 Jobs Mission for veteran hiring and serves as co-chair for the National Council of Women in Technology (NCWIT) Affinity Group Alliance and the Women in Technology International (WITI) Corporate Partnership Council. Rachel has fifteen years of HR and Recruiting experience, holds a BA in Psychology and several Global Human Resources and Diversity Recruiting certifications. Rachel resides in the NYC metro area with her husband and two sons.
