Rachel Cyrulnik

Rachel Cyrulnik brings a decade of experience in nonprofit management, specializing in business development and strategic organizational growth. She serves as Partner at strategic development firm Altruicity Inc. and is a senior consultant at the Hirsh Consulting Group. Before that, Rachel led the establishment of the Yeshiva University – School Partnership’s funding model and development operations. In addition to doubling campaign contributions from individuals each year, she was responsible for securing and stewarding millions of dollars in grants from national and local foundations. Preceding that, Rachel oversaw three community campaigns at UJA-Federation of New York.

Rachel graduated from Yeshiva University summa cum laude with a BA in Journalism and earned her MPA from New York University with honors, focusing in Nonprofit Management. She was awarded a Weiner Graduate Fellowship from UJA-Federation of New York. Rachel's writings on philanthropy and organizational management frequently appear in journals and publications including Nonprofit Quarterly, The Jewish Week, and eJewish Philanthropy. She serves on the Yeshivat Noam Board of Trustees as well as her local synagogue board. Rachel regularly practices relationship-building and negotiation skills with her four children.
