Rachel Dailey

Rachel Dailey is a business entrepreneur with over 12 years’ experience working in the public and private business sectors. She is a native of Florida, born and raised in Pompano Beach, Broward County. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL where she received a B.S. in Business Administration. Rachel continued her educational journey at Aspen University where she completed her Master in Business Administration.

After serving on active duty in the United States Navy, Rachel began working for Broward County Public Schools. During her tenure with Broward County Schools, Rachel worked in three departments: transportation, administration and instructional.

In 2014, Rachel decided to pursue her passion for entrepreneurship. Today, Rachel is the President and Founder of RTD Real Estate Professionals, Inc; a general construction and real estate firm that provides construction and brokage services for both commercial and residential properties.

Rachel is married to Colya Dailey and is the mother of five beautiful children: Keven, Jakari, Tyrese, Cayenne and Reign.
