Rachel Deeming

I have just moved to Australia where I will have a break from my career as an English teacher to become a full-time mum to my two boys as well as article writer on Suite101.com. I do book and television reviews on topics that interest me and as my tastes are eclectic, these are pretty wide-ranging. I love history books and fantasy novels as well as modern and classic fiction and the odd poem here and there. My hobbies are reading (obviously), knitting which is a real labour of love, baking (and eating!) cakes and going for walks on the beach as well as spending as much time as I can with my husband and two boys. Gardening is also a passion although as a lover of cottage garden plants, this is not an easy hobby in Australia.
