Rachel Fell

Hi! I'm Rachel, and I facilitate growth and transformation in humans and organizations.

As a coach, consultant, and educator I work with gifted, sensitive, creative, and high-achieving individuals through positive disintegration and personal-professional development.

I also work with forward-thinking organizations as a high-horsepower freelance strategist and leadership consultant.

Exceptionally skilled in engaging in transformation, I walk with people, businesses, and organizations in exploring, parsing, and reframing identity (brand).

My best-fit clients are the ones looking to dive deep and make change happen; they're ready to walk their talk and operate based on their chosen values and goals. In our work together, we start by examining those values and getting honest about where we might not be operating in alignment with them. From there, we'll create perspective and address any blocks to success.

My professional experience (over a decade in marketing/brand leadership) + lived experience as a neurodivergent/2E person make me uniquely suited to work with organizations and humans who are seeking to lead the way, level up, expand their perspective, and live/operate from a place of congruence.
