Random things about me:

I adore music. Anything and everything music. All kinds. I'm not gonna geek out and list a zillion bands. I just enjoy it all and find inspiration more often than not in a song. The stuff I do is a very down-tempo blend of neo-soul & trip hop, think Portishead meets Jill Scott. We were once called "lo-fi electro lounge groove" and I think that suits it perfectly. I write all the lyrics and it's all personal stuff from my life, which is weird to share with strangers, in a "show up to high school naked dream" manner. I read weird stuff. I'm into the inner workings of the brain right now, just finished The Man who Mistook his Wife for a Hat. My favorite movies are mostly for sentimental reasons. Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, Labyrinth, Breakfast Club, Twister, Step Brothers, Zoolander, Tommy Boy, Royal Tennenbaums, Nightmare Before Christmas, Uncle Buck, Fight Club. I have slight crushes on The Dog Whisperer, Gordon Ramsay & Giorgio from Ancient Aliens.

Outside that, I'm a big fan of travel, and more specifically, adrenaliney adventure activities while traveling. In Costa Rica, I learned to surf, watched a volcano erupt and held a howler monkey. In the Dominican I got scuba certified and swam with sharks in the Caribbean at night. In Australia, I rode in a hot air balloon, dove the great barrier reef, went skydiving, white water rafting and held a koala. In New Zealand, I swam in a pod of 500 dolphins in the South Pacific, flew shotgun in a biplane and a helicopter and hiked a glacier. In Italy I... ate a terrifying amount of tiramisu. In the Bahamas I...drank banana daiquiris. BUT FOR BREAKFAST. Eh?? Still totally badass.

Holding a chimpanzee, cage diving with great whites and going on a tornado chase are next on my to do list. If you've got a hook up, holla! Especially on the chimp one. Someone reading this has access to a baby chimp. Stop holding out on me.
