Twinkle Twinkle Little One is Rachel's third baby; her first two, Lucas and Ryan, are frequent visitors to Mom's boutique, where they – along with other neighborhood tots – love to play and party. A business-savvy cookie with a spunky spirit and serious sense for fashion and style, Rachel considers her job – that of Twinkle Twinkle Little One owner and mom – to be the best…ever! Although Rachel always dreamed of owning her own store, Twinkle Twinkle Little One exceeds any of her expectations.
