Rachel is a gifted teacher, writer and certified Integrative Health Coach in Lynchburg, VA. Interests range from photography & fine arts to herbal medicine, mind-body healing and homesteading.
During Covid, Rachel saw a desperate need for the natural- health minded people in her region to connect with, encourage, and learn from one other. In 2024, Rachel founded Seeds of Wellness, (SOW🌱LYH) a faith-based natural health community in central Virginia.
For 21 years, Rachel was proud to be a military wife while also homeschooling her two boys. As a family, they Iived and traveled all over the world, to include spending 4 years full time in an RV and several tours in Japan. Since military retirement and homeschool graduation, Rachel turned her full attention to natural health education and fine arts.
