Rachel Kilgore

Rachel Kilgore offers more than five years of designing and implementing business system improvements in both manufacturing and transactional environments. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business (full scholarship) with a dual concentration in Information Systems (BSIS) and Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Management (ISCOM). In addition, she has a certificate of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently, Rachel is working as a Process Engineer at Southern California Edison, a major electric utility. In her previous role, Rachel worked as a Contracts Administrator for Econolite Control Products, the leading U.S. manufacturer of traffic control products. She has lead and supported many projects and initiatives including continuous improvement, business process design and reengineering, regulatory compliance, knowledge management, technology system deployments, database design, performance monitoring, automation, internal audits, and operational excellence. Rachel is constantly learning and honing her skills on Lean Six Sigma, project management, and business process management. She brings her experience, creativity, and detail-oriented mindset to organizations seeking quality business systems.
