I've spent my life exploring myself, other humans, the planet and our relationship to just about everything.

That makes for a challenging road to walk and path to follow. I wouldn't have it any other way. It's the mystery and discovery that makes life enchanting. I'm known for going deep, honesty, my vision into seeing what's hidden. I like to solve problems and live in the questions.

My work has been in the realms of body, business and relationships my whole life. These themes I can't escape.

My interest in body has probably stemmed from how hard it is to be on earth and in a body. Truly. I've realized all my attention on studying body; from massage, to yoga, to nutrition, to orgasm has been about a path of embodiment and coming to terms with living on the planet. At the root of that I discovered, is self love. From that seed everything else can grow.

Business has been a passion of mine and I've owned several, some on my own and the most recently co-owning a bigger company. I learned on my own how to do and create everything and hold the weight of all of it. I learned in business with others how to be in relationship, surrender, love, open, serve, be human, make terrible mistakes, apologize, connect, and to create something way beyond what I could do myself.

This is where my passion for helping others create companies that matter with the foundation being who they become in the process of that creation and how to do it with others for the greatest impact. Business can be used as a catalyst for our greatest selves to come out, as is relationship. I believe who we are at the core matters and if we start there and grow from that foundation into our business's, communities and relationships, there is no better game. I help excavate the dirt in the way, to nourish the dirt we can grow and build from.
