Rachelle Salzman

I enjoy analyzing problems, identifying what is wrong, and finding a solution. As a highly inquisitive individual who loves constantly learning I am able to take knowledge and apply it to new situations, view things from multiple perspectives, and revisit old problems with solutions as new material becomes relevant. I see potential in others and help them work towards reaching that. I can see individual's talents and skills, and I enjoy figuring out how those talents can best be used and developed as a part of a team.
