Rachelle Hill is a growing and learning expert in the field of Communications who one day hopes to excel in either public relations, advertising or sports media. Although she is unsure of her exact profession just yet, she is determined to make something of herself in this field and is going to do so with exceeding limits. Rachelle is currently a graduating senior at California State University East Bay and plans to take her Bachelors in Communications far. She has over seven years of working experience as well as seven years of customer service experience which will help her in whichever specific field she chooses to go far in. Recently, she has been on the honor roll for the past three years and just finished an internship with the Oakland Raiders as a Premium Ticket Operations Assistant Intern which helped her adhere skills in the sports field and derived her attention towards that form of communications. Due to this experience, she gained an appreciation and passion for athletic teams spirit, the environment, and being apart of the team comradery.

Rachelle is also currently doing community service at the Boys and Girls Club in San Leandro as well as running relays with friends and family, which both keep her leveled and appreciative of what she has and how she can give back to anyone in need. She has also held a position in bookkeeping/administration and shift leading which has taught her management skills as well as office skills. One of her favorite skills that she has learned so far from being a Communications major and from her work experience is her ability to read people’s moods/attitudes before they even tell her, so she quickly knows how to adjust to make the person feel comfortable in any setting. Being a communications major as well as her work experience has both made her love how easily it has helped her to communicate with people and adapt to situations that arise with her skills and knowledge in this field and she is ready to take on more challenges of the sort!
