Rachel Macklin

I am a Seattle native who is a city girl at heart. I worked for many years in theatre as an actor, director and producer, and spent eight years in New York City. I attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and Parsons School of Design because I'm a glutton for staying creative and learning new things.

I fell into Talent Management of a different sort in 2006 when I joined a National staffing firm as a Staffing Consultant. Currently I am the Director of Talent Acquisition for Parker Healthcare IT, a local Seattle brand with a 30-year history and amazing pedigree.

I am lucky to manage an awesome team of recruiters who join me in the constant evolution that is this crazy industry.

Outside of the day job, I am also a photographer and graphic designer focusing on portraiture and identity.
