-- Constantly balancing life as a mamabear, photographer, idea connector, project manager, superhero, and daydreamer --
Self-taught and powered by a mild case of OCD, I aim to capture and share extraordinary moments in time.
I thrive on building community through art: I am part of GRRYO, an international mobile photography platform. I do not use terms like "gramming" or "latergram" - what I do love about Instagram is the opportunity it affords for visual storytelling and community engagement.
It's rare to find me without a camera or two at arms length. When I shoot Mobile, it's almost exclusively with Hipstamatic - Even shooting mobile, I still prefer pairing lenses and film over post-processing effects; how many superheroes have time to edit?
Photography and image creation are my job. My passion is making images that shine from within, and I emphasize storytelling with organic connection.
In my recently former life... I was the Music and Creative Industries Program Manager for the City of Seattle's Office of Film Music. For four years I was the Liaison for Seattle's Music Commission, working closely with colleagues in the Office of Economic Development to create policies and forge partnerships ensuring that creative industries (Film Music Interactive Content Technology) continue to thrive and grow in the City of Seattle.
