Rachel Pauli, LMHC

464 Granite Ave, Suite 25 Milton MA 02186

The individuals I work with are experts in who they are. Through the process of sharing and discovery, therapy offers the opportunity to to identify goals, stumbling blocks and implement strategies for change. I have experience meeting with men, women and teenagers who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship stress, drug and alcohol addiction as well as individuals who struggle with trauma from sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence. I enjoy establishing a unique helping relationship based on comfort and trust. I work for the individual I serve to experience greater personal fulfillment.

I work with a variety of theraputic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Mindfulness Approach. My goal is to create a safe and secure theraputic enviornment in order to enable helping and healing.

Respect, trust and compassion is the foundation of my work. It is my hope that the individuals who meet with me feel secure and comfortable.
