Rachel Schultz

Life-Organizing Consultant, Health & Cooking Coach, Writer & Speaker

+ Perspective Shifter and Philosopher on all things Motherhood

Rachel is the founder of Manage Motherhood, a company that helps women better manage their busy lives and the lives of their families through life-organizing strategies and food & cooking coaching. Additionally, Rachel writes and speaks about the challenges of life after becoming a mom and is currently working on her first book.

Rachel began her career in the food industry where she owned a dessert-catering company, was the Executive Pastry Chef to one of the world's leading hotels in Boston, was a food consultant and co-founded a restaurant.

She transitioned into coaching women after she had her own experience of losing a sense of self while trying to manage it all. Rachel was grateful but dissatisfied and somehow no longer felt like a whole woman. Looking to transform her life, she reintegrated parts of herself she had lost after becoming a mom and grew her capacity to handle life. Rachel created Manage Motherhood as her solution to managing the overwhelm of daily life while being your best, whole self.

She lives in Colorado with her husband, two great kids and an exuberant dog named Tank. Sign-up for her Life-Organizing and Food & Menu newsletters at www.managemotherhood.com
