I am interested in the magic that happens when people come together, imagine together and grow and develop together. I value the joy and fun in these interactions and the potential for adventure and discovery in every moment.
I work alongside people to facilitate imaginative exploration and new opportunities or ways of thinking, creating and playing together. It is important that the aims and objectives of the work are shared with and usually set by the people I am working or collaborating with.
I am a theatre practitioner and use drama as a way of expanding and enabling creative processes and creative collaboration. I work on projects that focus on learning, well-being and community cohesion and that celebrate the creative potential in everyone.
I value the importance of evaluating and reflecting on work and using that process as a tool to improve and develop the next project. I work as a project leader, artist and facilitator and as a researcher in this area.
