My motto is: Everything is the result of our foundation state, we are always connected, never separated from the divine source.

Spirituality is an empowered state of mind.

My journey started with Prana Nadi energy transmission as a result of seeking healing after experiencing deep trauma, then went on and studied meditation and Buddhism with Tibetan Buddhist Masters.

I moved to Dubai and traveled worldwide, especially the mystic East, India, Tibet, and Nepal.

While in Dubai I started practicing yoga, met wonderful yogis, then became a meditation teacher course. Later on, I received a sound healing certificate in Kathmandu.

I have been studying with the wonderful Dr. Claire Zammit since 2015 learning the foundations of woman-centered transformational coaching and facilitation.

Since then I have worked with cacao and received transmissions and upgrades from the Elohim. I also have started my yoga teacher journey with SIYA.
