Rashidat Adewunmi

Rashidat Adewunmi, is a physical therapist that has been practicing for about years at Sports Pro Physical Therapy an outpatient orthopedic clinic located right outside of the greater Washington DC area. She serves as clinical coordinator and provides services to the pediatric to geriatric population that present with various orthopedic conditions. She began her physical therapy journey as a Bio-Chemistry major at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ she then matriculated into Howard University Physical Therapy program located in Washington DC where she graduated in 2007 receiving her Masters and completed her Doctorate degree at Boston University. She is co-founder of In Touch Wellness which is an organization whose mission is to enrich and empower through education providing services to youth and adults throughout the DC metropolitan area. She is a major sports fan and her favorite teams include the NY Yankees, Giants, Knicks, and Wizards. She is looking forward to working with professional sports teams in the near future. She is a very involved youth leader of the teenage ministry in Silver Spring, MD.
