Hecurrently works with, Chunray Concepts Ghana Limited (An advertisingagency), De-Arts Groups (Multi-media firm, Akim-oda) and Amazing-U Ghana (Image BuildingFirm, Airport). Richmond is spreading the Gospel and Wining Lost Souls throughHis Writing Works and Programmes/Conferences/Summits/Camps.

•He is the convener/organizer of manyconferences including, Festival of Success, Echo of Leadership Summit,Authorpreneurship Summit, Student Entrepreneurship Initiative, The RevolutionConference, UNLEASH 360 and many others I cant remember. He has also spent mostof his time attending conferences and programmes of great importance to his passion inlife. •Richmond is an old student of AkimState College-Akim Oda and had to his credit of being the main chapel prefect (Chaplain), S.R.C ConstitutionalChairman, President National Commission for Civic Education-AkimState, President Catholic Students Union and President Chaplaincy Board and a participant of a leadershipseminar by International Leadership College-UK.
