I have a Master’s specialization in Public Health – Health Management & Policy from the University of North Texas. My focus areas of study included Public Health Policy, Economics, Health Services Management, Health Information Systems, Data Analysis & Management and Operations Research. While pursuing my Masters, I worked as a Graduate Student Assistant with Cell Biology and Anatomy department where I was responsible for carrying out in-depth Research and Analysis on ongoing projects. Also, I worked as an Intern on the Area Aging project where I was responsible for converting offline data into Electronic Health Records, its analysis and reports generating.
Before relocating to the US, I had an opportunity of working with one of the renowned Hospitals of India (Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai) as a Marketing Executive. I also had a stint with Apollo Hospital, Ahmadabad - where I was a part of the International Marketing function. With both the roles, I was responsible for driving additional revenue through various Business Development efforts and Corporate Sales. Also, a part of my resources were invested on Website Management and Reporting & Analysis related initiatives.
