I'm responsible for Kiss becoming the most listened to radio station in London for 15-24 , 15-34 and 15-44 year olds. In a short time I achieved the highest ever figures for Kiss as a brand both in London and across the Uk with over 4.3 Million people listening each week.

Working for Emap/Bauer I created and programmed the Kerrang , Q , Smashhits , Heat , Mojo and 'Hits' radio formats along with cross brand , cross network properties including the ratings winning SmashHits chart , Kiss Big Beats chart ( on radio and television ) and various cross commercial network properties including Live 8 , RadioAid and 'Egg' running across all commercial radio.

Everyday I'm responsible for managing teams and creating engaging 'big idea / big money ' multiple commercial programming initiatives . My award winning work has been for major companies such as Blackberry - including 'Kiss Chosen One ' , Coca-Cola , Bacardi , Virgin Mobile , Orange to name but a few.
