• Over 8 years of management experience in mobile related products/projects that are well accepted by 1st tier mobile carriers and OEMs world wide.

• Good product/project management skills. Always deliver project/program on time. Confident on managing conflicts, obstacles, issues with critical functional teams, effective at multitasking, hands on execution.

• Work independently with minimal directions. Diligent and hard-working. Passionate for new technologies and fast learning. Detail oriented and self-driven. Agile in fast changing and ambiguous environment.

• Strong leadership and team work skills in working with different functional departments at different geographical locations to deliver quality products on time.

• Good verbal/written communication skills and professional experience in supporting field and customer.

• Experience in all phases of software engineering with agile project management methodology.

• Strong problem solving skills, deep understanding of web based Client/Server distributed computing architecture. Strong experience in both server and client software development in Windows operating system and Unix/Linux operating system.
