I am deeply committed to transforming traumatic experiences through compassionate, body-centered healing. I offer a nurturing space and gentle, effective somatic techniques that access the body’s innate wisdom to heal, restore, and rewire old patterns. By reconnecting with our natural capacity for healing, we cultivate resilience, vitality, clarity, and a deeper sense of freedom, wholeness, belonging, and purpose.
