Passionate about technology born and raised in Mexico. Better known as Rafa Franco, a systems engineer who currently lives in the CDMX, family lover, father of three and happily married, currently proudly surviving as Customer PM in the Telecomm Industry :)

I love working and that is why since I started my university studies, I was able to get my first formal job, from then on, I have never stopped! having changed the roles that I have in search of growth.

I have a very strong background in the IT world, I have worked in this field for more than 15 years! since I started as a Wintel and Virtualization (Hybrid and Private) administrator, until I became a leader of complex system implementation projects where different technologies converged, starting from architecture planning, customer relationships, hardware installation and coordination of engineers and staff under my charge to complete the set-up of the complete solution.

The experience of having diverse "enterprise" clients has forged in me a strong sense of responsibility and helped my transition to manage implementation projects, which is where I currently do.
