Rafael Garcia is a student at Florida A&M University studying Architecture. Currently striving to hold his position at the top of his class, Rafael devotes all of his time and thought into creating new and innovative designs. Mr. Garcia first received his Associates Degree in Architecture at Hillsborough Community College before attending FAMU.
