I am a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Hydraulic Resources and more than twenty years of experience in water systems, hydraulic infrastructure, and operational management.
My professional work includes the planning, design, modeling, and operation of water supply systems, with a particular focus on District Metered Areas (DMA), Non-Revenue Water (NRW), pressure management, and water utility operations.
As CEO of GTE Grupo, I have executive responsibility for multidisciplinary engineering services involving reservoirs, water-transfer systems, treatment plants, distribution networks, and sanitation infrastructure.
I regularly publish technical articles through my Engineering Insights series and professional reflections in Spanish through Reflexiones desde la Operación del Agua. My work is grounded in connecting engineering analysis with field experience and operational decision-making.
