Rafal Maziarz

A tireless worker whose belief in the American Dream led him to emigrate to the United States from his native Poland at the age of 16, Rafal Maziarz learned how to speak English by attending classes at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. Mr. Maziarz' first job in this country was as a kitchen staff member with the North American Lobster Company. Starting out in an introductory position as a dish washer, Rafal Maziarz earned a promotion to the company's sales force in less than a year.

After spending two years as a freelance construction worker doing building repairs, painting, and stucco work, Rafal Maziarz took a position as a Sales Representative with Stadium Auto Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey, in 2000. He has spent the last 12 years of his career working in automotive sales and currently serves as the Sales Manager for Germain Toyota in Naples, Florida. With the company since 2005, Rafal Maziarz was promoted to Sales Manager in 2012. In addition to breaking the company's all-time sales record in April of 2011, the ambitious young man earned 58 Salesman of the Month awards out of the 84 months he was eligible for the honor. He has also earned two Customer Satisfaction awards, three Salesman of the Year awards, and six consecutive Best of the Best awards from Toyota.

During his time away from work, Rafal Maziarz trains in a number of martial arts styles. The avid competitor has earned a black belt in both karate and tae kwon do and currently trains to participate in mixed martial arts competitions. Mr. Maziarz has enjoyed a distinguished fighting career, winning five state tae kwon do championships. To ensure he stays in top fighting shape, Rafal Maziarz' daily workout routine includes 250 sit-ups and 500 pushups.
