I am a writer of fiction and creative non-fiction. I am also a literary critic, contributing to newspaper Il Foglio and a number of other publications, including the cultural magazine Review, directed by Annalena Benini. I hold a Master of Philosophy from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge, and the focus of my non-fiction essays is social and cultural critic. I debuted in 2014 with my first novel, and I wrote about it on The New York Times. I have a column on ELLE Italia called Signora o signorina?, started in 2021, which investigates gender disparity.

I live between Rome and Milan. I am also a communication consultant and I edit, ghostwrite, and conceptualize ideas for firms, public institutions and universities.
