I am Ragapriya Karunakaran, Founder and CEO of PAIDHU Ethical Foods, a company dedicated to offering authentic, high-quality floral-based food products with a strong emphasis on ethical sourcing and sustainability. At Paidhu, I have built a brand that stands for integrity, natural wellness, and consumer education, ensuring that every product is minimally processed and true to its natural origins.

With over a decade of experience in logistics, operations, and education, I bring a comprehensive skill set to my leadership role. I hold a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering and have completed specialized training in Influencer Marketing at IIM Ahmedabad. My background also includes national-level achievements in yoga, which reflect my commitment to discipline and holistic well-being.

My vision for Paidhu is to revolutionize how people connect with natural foods by supporting ethical farming communities and promoting transparency throughout the supply chain. I lead efforts in brand development, product sourcing, marketing, and strategic partnerships that expand Paidhu’s reach both domestically and internationally.
