Ragavan Pathmasenan

While earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the public research institution McMaster University in 2012, Ragavan Pathmasenan worked as a Team Leader and Tele-Researcher for First Contact Canada from 2008 to 2012. His duties included answering phones to better manage client company relationships, training and supervising coworkers to ensure efforts were geared towards the overall objective of the company, and assisting employees with inquiries from the general public.
