This summary gives a short overview of my skills, experience and other interesting data but is also meant to tell you some about my attitude. I have an open mind towards everyone and believe in helping out other people. Helping out other people means also building relationships with other people and looking for solutions together with your connections. I believe in the principle of Open Networking and would recommend this also to other people.

I started my career with CMR - as Sr.HR.Executive in Jan 2002-2006 .CMR had one of the most difficult forms of recruitment that's contract staffing and hence the learning curve was great. After that I started my carrier with SITEL -2006-2008 as Customer Service Executive – Non-Voice Insurance Process for 22 months. And i got an opportunity with Deloitte on Mar 2008-2013. Deloitte is an ocean and so far it’s been a fascinating journey and discovery of my own competencies.

Specialties: I am specialized in Core.HR \ HR.Recruter \ BPO \ Global Mobility Service – US, EMEA & APAC Payrolls. I have a wide knowledge in End to End recruitment process like recruitment and selection, HR.Operations (Day-to-day routine activities), Induction, training and development, Performance appraisal, Joining and Exit formalities etc... Referral generation & Talent Acquisition, Client Management, and also have good knowledge in Cost projections, US, UK, Australia, Singapore –Payrolls.
