I am an enterprise IT strategy and portfolio leader with over twenty years of experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives across research-intensive universities, global healthcare organizations, and regulated financial institutions.

My work sits at the intersection of institutional strategy, governance, and technology delivery. I specialize in aligning enterprise systems, infrastructure modernization, portfolio management disciplines, and executive decision-support frameworks to ensure disciplined, transparent, and impactful outcomes across large, multi-stakeholder environments.

Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional and matrixed teams across academia, healthcare, banking, and financial services in the USA, EU and EMEA regions. I have designed governance models for resource capacity planning, delivery confidence assessment, and risk mitigation, strengthening organizational visibility and executive oversight of strategic initiatives.

My professional interests focus on healthcare technology governance, cybersecurity oversight, responsible AI, and ethical technology deployment. My doctoral research examines digital governance frameworks and institutional accountability in technology-enabled environments.

I am also the founder of EU and EMEA EdTech Consultancy, where I advise organizations on process engineering, strategic roadmapping, and innovation ecosystems that connect government, industry, and academia.
