Desgning a website or an app, is not only an art rather a science that underpins understanding the user's psychology, ensuring that he enjoys being on website and shares the word of mouth among his friends, peers and family members.
I have been designing rich & modern website, marketing collaterals, banner ads, promotional campaigns etc and hence I feel, no longer one can reap the benefits of Online world, unless and until the design is not customer centric.
There is a much greater need of designing Responsive website that is available with best resolution to different audience on different platforms like Web, Smartphone and Tablet devies.
