Raghu Nallapati

Raghu C. Nallapati is an experienced engineer and researcher specializing in AI-driven automotive systems. With a decade of embedded software expertise, he has contributed to innovations in autonomous, software-defined, and electric vehicles. At GM, he develops advanced software for Police pursuit, SDV, EV, and AV platforms, enhancing body control and exterior lighting modules. His expertise spans ECU development, predictive maintenance, and safety-critical systems, driving advancements in vehicle intelligence. Currently, Raghu is pursuing doctoral research in ECE at the University of Michigan, focusing on AI applications in automotive systems. His academic journey includes an MS in Embedded Software Eng from Gannon University, earning the University Outstanding and Excellence Award, a BTech in ECE from JNT University, and a Polytechnic Diploma from Osmania University, receiving a government merit scholarship. He also serves as the IEEE RSA Vice-Chair for Region-4.
