Raghu is a Six Sigma Black Belt professional having 13+ years of continued experience and expertise in Workforce Management.

Currently heads the Global WFM team in Glowtouch. Prior to Glowtouch, Raghu has worked with HGS, TCS, Futuresoft India and KocharTech.

In a career spanning over a decade, he has extensively worked in Planning and Implementation, Budget and P&L management, RFP/RFI solution models, Forecasting, Staffing and Scheduling & Intelligence reporting.

Raghu has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from VTU.
