After 17 years of corporate experience in Financial industry, working for companies like IDBI, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities, Citi bank, When I started my own business life sure looked tough, every day the thought crossed my mind, have I taken the right call. After all I had a great career for 17 odd years working for amongst the best names in the banking sector.
Our upbringing is such that we consider it safer to work for other people rather than working for our own self. Our education system teaches us to be employees rather than entrepreneurs. When I took the decision, the hardest change I had to make was in my own mind. I wanted to change myself from Employee to Entrepreneur.
As every journey starts with a single step, one step at a time. So began this one for me and will be same for anyone and everyone who takes this decision to be on his own at any stage of his or her life. This is more like start of a second innings in a test match.
This initiative is primarily to create a structure where I can be of help to those employees looking to BREAK FREE from the slavery of living paycheck to paycheck, selling their 8-10 hours a day for a fixed sum of money. This is an attempt at Creating Business Owners from employees.
