Since leaving my country of birth, Sri Lanka, when I was 5, I have lived and worked on 4 continents and in a variety of roles. Through all of this, my personal vision has always been about helping people become the best they can be, and at the same time satisfying my own urge to explore the world and connect with as many different people as possible, perhaps trying to find a true home.

These constant drives have led me to visit or live in at least 30 countries at last count, and a career spanning from Clinical Psychologist in South Africa to Talent Management Consultant in Thailand.

Professionally, over the past decade, I have worked in variety of senior corporate HR roles in various countries, running assessment and recruitment teams in South Africa, heading Learning and Development for a US Asset Management business spanning 20 affiliate fund managers, and leading Talent Management and Succession Planning strategy for an international group from headquarters in the UK.

More recently I was with Credit Suisse in Singapore, where I was responsible for Talent Development across Asia for the Investment Banking Operations business.

Throughout my various corporate roles I have worked in coaching relationships with senior executives both formally and informally and I am a faculty member of the Behavioral Coaching Institute co-facilitating the ICC accredited Certified Master Coach Training in Thailand.

Prior to my corporate work, I lectured at University in South Africa for many years and participated in setting up several programmes including a registered Masters certification.

I am still finding new ways to connect with others and share my experiences and I hope I am still managing to help people become happier in their lives and in their work.
