Musician, Teacher, and Artist in Bengaluru

Ragini Sanath is a passionate musician, research scholar, teacher, and artist currently living in Bengaluru. She comes from a family of musicians, her maternal grandmothers who were known as Bangalore Sisters were accomplished artists of their times.

A gold medalist for her research in the Geya Prabandhas of 17th century mysore composers, she is currently pursuing her PhD studies on dasasahitya, a subject she is passionate about under eminent musicologist Dr Meera Rajaram Pranesh. She is also a recipient of CCRT fellowship for music. Currently a Karnatak music faculty in LGCE, teaching students of undergraduate and postgraduate music programs in Vishwakarma University Pune.

She is a graded artist with AIR,Bengaluru and Research team member at Vanamala Center for Art and Culture.

She has performed in many venues in India and abroad.
