I'm Lizzie!

I’m a 22 year old girl in search of my own nirvana: balance, harmony, stability & joy. I have a mad love for vegetables, my dogs, and weights. I believe in the power that good people have in bringing out the good in other people, positive thoughts and self-love. I live each day gathering inspiration through friends, family and especially, strangers. There’s something affirming about meeting a stranger who knows where you have been and all the knowledge they can add to where you are going. No one meets by accident.
