EDGE a project by Rahul Johnson started at the age of 17. After performing at various private parties and other events in Calcutta , he then took up DJ ing as a profession, and made his way into the city party circuit.A fine response from an adoring audience and online listeners led this teenager to a realisation. He needed to expand his wings.

Today Rahul produces his very own style of Music- EDGY. A voyage through stagnation and interpolation, it explores a dark journey through electronic glitches.He is now a Dj / Producer, who has been touring the country since 2013.

His Unique brand of Techno/ Tech- House has been appreciated by the International Music Label Egothermia Records’ - Amsterdam/ Hungary, who have appointed him as Label Host in India. Under their banner he has featured on a global radio station Art N style Techno. He has also been featured in a Japanese Online Radio Community “ Okidisco ‘.On his travels , he has played alongside the team of Elektrotribe from Germany , the Vortex team from France, Ruiz Sierra from Hungary.

He has been inspired by Indian Live acts such as Jalebee Cartel , BLOT, Midival Punditz , His style of Music has also been influenced by international Artists Such as Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, Entire Team of MINUS, CNTRL & PLUS 8 records..
