Rahul Nahata

I’m Rahul—a Finance professional at J.P. Morgan living in Bangalore, India. My journey started in Bikaner, Rajasthan, and grew up in Kolkata, where a mix of culture, hustle, and heart shaped how I approach work and life: be practical, stay persistent, and build your dreams one step at a time.

Born on 8th May 1990 (yes, a Libra ⚖️—which means I’m excellent at weighing pros and cons... and at deciding what to eat for dinner), I may be 5’3”, but my ambition is definitely sky-high. I’m practical by mind, emotional by heart, and downright stubborn when it comes to chasing what I want. I don’t quit. I don’t settle. I build. That mindset helps me juggle market analysis, tough decisions, and convincing myself to hit the gym (still a work in progress)

One day soon, I’ll build my dream home and name it “Mannat” — because some dreams deserve a destiny-level commitment (and because every great love story needs a fancy address). For me, success isn’t just about career growth; it’s about creating a life filled with stability, warmth, and shared happiness.

Outside work, I’m someone who enjoys life’s vibrant moments. Movies are my escape (I’ll never say no to a Shah Rukh Khan classic), travel helps me reset and gain perspective, cricket keeps my competitive spirit alive, and the stock market genuinely fascinates me beyond just work. Music, good conversations, and spontaneous plans make life even better.

I’m a proud Jain Shwetambar, and family remains the center of my values. Now, time for some serious stuff… both my parents are no more. I miss them a lot. Honest confession: if I could go back in time, there’s one thing I would change—my relationship with my father. We never really had a good bond, and that’s one of the hardest parts of my life. But the rest of the story… maybe I’ll share when we meet in the future. I’m grateful for the love and support of my sister in Delhi, my cousins, and my aunt, who has always treated me like her own son.
