Rahul Wanchoo, a former master mariner, has represented a wide variety of corporations in resolving international commercial disputes. Since becoming an attorney in 1996, Rahul has integrated his seagoing experiences with his legal prowess, which includes a master's degree in maritime law from the United Kingdom to the advantage of his clients, representing ship owners, charterers, and insurers with great success. Rahul's experience is focused on commercial, international and maritime disputes and is dedicated to resolving those disputes in a truly cost-effective manner. Rahul has participated in numerous maritime arbitrations and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit where he won a landmark decision in The Shipping Corporation of India v.
