Rahul Yodh, SHRM-SCP, is a data driven People and Talent Executive known for architecting modern, AI powered people systems and scaling high performance organizations across startup, private equity, professional services, and founder led environments. With more than 15 years of experience, he has led enterprise HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning functions, delivering measurable gains in quality, retention, productivity, and culture during some of the most volatile labor and economic cycles.
Rahul serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, HR, and Learning at New Western, a $1B real estate and lending marketplace. He oversees a fully distributed people organization and a multimillion dollar budget supporting a workforce spanning 4 brands across 4 countries, 25 states, and 50+ sites. His transformation of New Western’s people systems, talent engine, and culture helped the company earn 3 consecutive Glassdoor Best Place to Work awards (2023, 2024, 2025), advancing employee experience, leadership capability, and enterprise performance during significant market volatility.
Under Rahul’s leadership, New Western deployed an AI enabled talent engine delivering 750+ hires annually and achieving a 53% improvement in quality of hire, a 34% reduction in turnover, a 37% reduction in cost per productive hire, and a 109% increase in recruiter productivity. He also built an internal talent marketplace supplying 94% of leadership talent for a multi state expansion, implemented a skills based learning ecosystem delivering 1,000+ hours of content, and shaped an employer brand that earned a 2024 Webby Award.
Before joining New Western, Rahul advised private equity deal teams on human capital strategy, M&A due diligence, succession planning, and talent architecture for high growth SaaS, professional services, and emerging technology companies. Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled an award winning executive search firm that served AmLaw firms and corporate legal departments and was later acquired by a national staffing brand.
A frequent speaker on AI in recruiting, quality of hire, people analytics, and talent transformation, Rahul has presented at RecFest, Talent Acquisition Week, the Recruiting Leaders Summit, and multiple industry podcasts. His leadership approach blends analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and human centered design to help organizations scale with clarity, capability, and cultural alignment.
Rahul is SHRM SCP certified and attended the University of Texas at Dallas while pursuing his bachelor’s degree and MBA, and Texas A&M School of Law while pursuing his JD.
