Rainer Morita is an International Job Search Coach and Leadership Consultant specializing in job search campaigns in the Hidden Job Market. He has a multicultural perspective as a result of having successfully coached more than 5000 executives from five different continents in their career transitions over the last 15 years. Rainer partners with top-tier executives and executive contenders worldwide to help them get an edge in this ever-changing international economy.
He has been leading seminars on career design and job search strategies for an international audience at the Tokyo Institute of Technology and RWTH Aachen International Academy in Germany.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the Manchester School of Management, UK and completed the Programme Internationale de Management (PIM) with Bocconi University, Milan, Italy, in the field of innovation management. These days he is spending half of his time in Japan, half in Europe.
