Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Susan grew up in the business helping Lucia Rainey—her grandmother and founder of Rainey Associates—and later her father, A. Scott Rainey. After a successful nine year career with Capital Holding, Susan joined Rainey, Jones and Shaw in 1995 where she is consistently a multi-million dollar producer.
Susan lives in Riverwood with her husband, Sean, and their two daughters, Meagan and Lily. Her hobbies include tennis, skiing, boating and ping-pong.
