I’m a multilingual, highly motivated and energetic MBA graduate with solid financial and restructuring skills.

I have worked on all aspects of corporate finance with a keen ability to evaluate and manage M&A deals including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, structuring and preparation of investment papers.

The Global Financial Crisis provided me incredible experience in operational performance, asset structuring, financing mix and risk mitigation by leading organisations through corporate restructuring and turnaround. I also managed a portfolio of over $80m in distressed companies, working closely with senior management teams to develop and implement multiple turnaround strategies.

My love for technology dates back to my first iMac in 2003, which exposed me to the power and beauty of technology. I strongly believe that “we live today not in the digital, not in the physical, but in the kind of minestrone that our mind makes of the two”. Apart from co-founding a social media app and taking it to a global stage, I have been involved in several innovation and start-up programs in the US and Australia which has broadened my knowledge on entrepreneurship and the process of building a successful company.

My passion for financial markets and technology has supported my entrepreneurial spirit that provides me the leverage to create, maintain and expand successful businesses.

Globalisation and connectivity has also allowed me to maintain my strong connections in India, Australia and Silicon Valley.
