Hi, my name is Raj.

In February 2013 (admittedly following on from an all inclusive holiday in Jamaica to celebrate my 40th birthday), I weighed 137 kg. I had high blood pressure, I was extremely unfit, I ate extremely unhealthily and was a heavy binge drinker. Something needed to be done! Through a combination of slightly healthier food choices, a little more exercise and slightly less drinking over the next year I lost 10 kg.

Following on from a reccomndation from my sister and having seen the fantastic results that she had achieved, I decided to try out the Cambridge Weight Plan. During my time on the plan I have maintained a journal to document my experiences on the diet.

I am in no way affiliated to The Cambridge Weight Plan apart from following the plan myself. This method may or may not work for you. If you are interested please find a Cambridge Consultant in your area and speak to them.

When I initially started the plan, I read a lot of blogs to see if others went through the same experiences I was going through. I also found it very encouraging reading about others' success stories on the plan.

I therefore decided to create my own blog documenting my experiences on the Cambridge Weight Plan. I hope that this blog provides people with motivation, support and a forum to connect with others on the plan
